What did you enjoy most about being a Spark?

Everyone was so easy to approach and work with. I could walk up to anyone and ask for advice or help with a project.Just being around such talented designers and creatives was a really enriching experience for me.

Is there a particular moment or piece of work you are most proud of?

I learnt so much from every project I worked on but the final Heinz project worked in collaboration with other Sparks is definitely a memorable one.

What advice would you give to future Sparks?

Be open-minded, spend time with designers, ask lots of questions and observe how they approach a creative brief.If you want to work on a particular project/brand or want to learn a specific software/skill, make sure you communicate it to your mentor.

How did the programme prepare you for your future career goals?

The Sparks programme gave me an idea of how a successful agency like JKR operates, what it takes to stand out and deliver excellent results time and again.
Getting hands-on experience working on global brands is a valuable experience for anyone just starting out in the industry.I spent time with different teams such as UX/UI, Motion, 3D, etc. and picked up key skills working on project briefs from start to finish.
